Payment options
We process all payments through PayPal for online orders. To place a wholesale order, see below for wholesale information.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders that ship to any location in the Unites States based on the state of the shipping address.
Return Policy
We absolutely want you to love what you bought, so if something isn’t right, please let us know.
For returns with an original receipt, we will issue you a credit in the original form of payment. For returns with a gift receipt, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the gift. If you do not have a receipt, we can either offer you a store credit for the current selling price, or we can make an exchange for merchandise equal to the current selling price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

Shipping Policy
The Dirt on Dirt ships to the U.S. only. For inquiries about shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico, please contact us at info@thedirtondirt.com.
All orders for Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii require Air Delivery. Please select the air delivery option during checkout.
The Dirt on Dirt does not accept orders for items on backorder.
The Dirt on Dirt does not ship to post office boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping Methods
The Dirt on Dirt does not ship during weekends or holidays. If you place your order after 2:00 PM EST, or on a Saturday or Sunday or holiday, your order will ship the next business day. The Dirt on Dirt offers the following shipping methods:
- Standard Ground
- Next Day Air Express
- 2nd Day Air Express
Estimated order delivery dates for each method are provided in the shopping cart. We do our best to estimate the date in which you will receive your order, but this is by no means guaranteed shipment. Your order may arrive at an earlier or later date based on different factors such as (but not limited to) product availability in our warehouse, extreme weather conditions, and factors outside our control.
Orders sent via “Next Day Air Express” and “2nd Day Air Express” are delivered to you on the next business day or 2nd business day from the day they are shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling charges are calculated real-time at the moment of checkout and are based on:
- The delivery method you choose
- Your location
- Any current shipping promotions
Hazardous Materials and State Restrictions
Items that are deemed hazardous materials may not be shipped via air. They can only ship via Standard Ground. Therefore, hazardous materials will not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Canadian provinces of Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
If your order is going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico and contains a hazardous material, that item will be removed automatically from your cart at time of checkout. If your order is going to any other state and contains a hazardous material, express Next-Day or 2-Day shipping will not be available as shipping methods. Only the Standard Ground method will be available.
EPA-regulated items such as repellents or insecticides may be restricted for sale in some states. Restricted states will be listed on the product page if an item cannot be shipped to you due to state regulations.
