From the Local Farm to Our Table
When I signed up for our local CSA, I had no idea how much fun I was in for. Our local farm and all the people working there are amazing. Before we were involved, I never really cooked fresh veggies for the family. Now we love getting our pick-up and spending some extra time enjoying the stand and all the goodies. I’m looking up recipes and cooking all the time. I can’t wait for the summer so we can eat outside and really enjoy the harvest.
